Biblical	Noah’s Ark came to rest on the 17th day of the 7th month (Gen 8:4) — the end of judgment, the beginning of a new world. Joseph was 17 when sold into slavery (Gen 37:2), beginning the journey that would save Israel. Jacob lived 17 years in Egypt under Joseph’s care (Gen 47:28) — bookending the story
Christian	Jesus rose from the dead on Nisan 17 (the 17th day of the first month in the religious calendar, counting inclusively from the 14th). The Ark rested on the same calendar date — resurrection foreshadowed
Mathematical	17 is the 7th prime number. The triangular number of 17 = 153 (1+2+3+…+17), connecting it to the mystery catch of fish in John 21:11
Esoteric	In the Tarot, card 17 = The Star — hope, renewal, and spiritual clarity after the destruction of The Tower (16)
