Dual identity: In Leviticus 16, one goat is sacrificed to YHWH and one is sent to “Azazel” in the wilderness (the scapegoat). Whether Azazel is a place, a demon, or a concept is debated. In 1 Enoch, he’s unmistakably a named fallen angel.
