Mark of Cain

Cain inflicts a curse upon a foe that makes them a pariah, reducing their defenses and causing allies to inflict increased damage upon them.

Passive

Firstborn Sin

Cain's attacks gain power from jealousy and resentment; damage increases when facing opponents who are favored or blessed by divine sources.

Weakness

Jealousy, pride (his offering was rejected; he couldn't accept it)

God marked Cain so no one would kill him — protection AND stigma. He founded a city (Enoch) and his descendants invented music (Jubal), metalworking (Tubal-Cain), and tent-dwelling (Jabal). The first murderer was also the first civilizer. In Gnostic tradition, Cain is sometimes the son of the Demiurge or Samael rather than Adam. In Jewish tradition, Lamech (Cain’s descendant) accidentally killed Cain while hunting.
